Return and Refund Policy

You may pay all charges and for all Products using any of the acceptable payment methods available on the Site. When you submit an order, actual payment will be effected when the order has been placed and formation of a customer contract. All payments shall be made to us through our payment gateway. You acknowledge and accept we are entitled to collect payments from you on through our payment gateway. The payment options may be liable to additional terms as set forth by us from time to time.All returns must be carried out in compliance with the instructions outlined in this section. We are not responsible for accepting any return unless all instructions are properly followed. If we accept the return of the product, we will deliver a replacement of the product to the address you specified.

This policy lasts for only fourteen (14) days after product delivery. The policy implies that we will not offer a refund or exchange after fourteen (14) days of product delivery.
Also, to qualify for a refund, the product must be confirmed to be in the same condition that it was when it was originally delivered to you and must be unused. It must also retain its original packaging.

However, some products are not allowed to be returned. Such includes perishable products such as flowers, food, newspapers or magazines. These could not be returned. We will not also accept products that are hazardous materials, sanitary goods, intimate goods or flammable goods and gases. Other non-returnable products can be downloadable software, gift cards, or health and personal care products. We will request for your receipt of proof of purchase when you return the product. Any product that is not in its original condition, packaging or found with missing or damaged parts due to your usage will not be accepted. Also, as earlier stated, any product returned after fourteen (14) days of delivery shall not be accepted.

Once we receive and properly inspect your returned product, we will send you an email notification of such product. We will also relate to you the final decision taken about your return (authorization or rejection). If your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly, and your credit card or another payment channel you used will be automatically credited within a few days.

If you have any issue pertaining refund after this, kindly contact your financial service provider, as it may take some time before the refunded is visible in your account.

Risk of loss or damage of the product shall pass to the customer at the time of delivery or if the customer refuses to take the delivery of the product.

We reserve the absolute right to reject or cancel any access or use of the Site and the Services at our discretion, including without limitation, where we consider that the transaction is likely to be fraudulent.
